3.2 The appointed supplier will provide:

I. ELM services:

Provide a digital lottery platform for managing all aspects of the lottery, including ticket sales prize management, draw management, and reporting.

Integration via API or no-code automation tools with our existing CRM system (Access CRM) is highly desirable.

Provide comprehensive data and reporting on lottery performance, including ticket sales, demographics, and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Effective Account Management.

II. Marketing and Acquisition services:

Marketing & promotion support in developing and implementing a marketing strategy to promote the lottery to our existing supporters and attract new participants. This may include digital marketing, print materials, and social media campaigns.

A detailed digital acquisition budget to assist CRW in its financial modelling.
