Mae Blynyddoedd Cynnar Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili yn ceisio contractio gyda sefydliad er mwyn darparu cymorth Cymraeg i leoliadau cyfrwng Cymraeg a Saesneg. Bydd y contract hwn yn cefnogi'r gwaith o ddatblygu sgiliau iaith Gymraeg ar draws yr holl ddarparwyr gofal plant ledled y fwrdeistref sirol. Bydd yr angen am gymorth yn cael ei nodi ar draws pob math o ddarpariaeth gofal plant cofrestredig gan gynnwys cyfrwng Cymraeg a Saesneg, darparwyr dan gontract Dechrau'n Deg, darparwyr Addysg Blynyddoedd Cynnar, darpariaeth ar ôl ysgol, meithrinfeydd dydd a gwarchodwyr plant. Gall hyn gynnwys darpariaeth gofrestredig a darpariaeth sydd heb ei gofrestru sy'n gweithio tuag at gofrestru.

Cyfnod cychwynnol y contract yw o 1 Ebrill 2026 – 31 Mawrth 2028, gyda'r opsiwn i ymestyn am hyd at gyfnod pellach o bedwar ar hugain (24) mis.

Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Early Years are seeking to contract with an organisation for the purpose of providing Welsh Language support for Welsh and English medium settings. The contract shall support the development of Welsh language skills across all childcare providers throughout the county borough. The need for support will be identified and across all types of registered childcare provision including both Welsh and English medium, Flying Start contracted providers, Early Years Education providers, after school provision, day nurseries and childminders. This may include both registered and unregistered provision working towards registration.

The initial contract period is from 1 April 2026 – 31 March 2028, with the option to extend for up to a further period of twenty (24) months
