Abstract

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to carry out Demolition works at Royal Alexandra Hospital. The works will comprise of the demolition of some of the existing buildings on the site. The works will include, but not limited to: -Existing Estates Department Building and all associated outbuildings /hard and soft landscaping to be demolished -Existing External Services Building and all associated outbuildings/hard and soft landscaping to be demolished (This is what we class as the mortuary building) -Existing External Services Building – this is the tank building and only need to demolish part of it, as the gas incomer is likely to be in place for a few years yet -External Staircase works Location of Project: Royal Alexandra Hospital, Rhyl, LL18 3AS. A JCT Intermediate Building Contract, 2024 Edition will be utilised for this project. 2.2 Description of the goods or services required
