Title
The Coalfields Regeneration Trust Wales Strategic Review

Description of the goods or services required
The Coalfields Regeneration Trust (CRT) in Wales requires the services of specialist consultants to undertake research and analysis relating to the strategic direction for the work of CRT in Wales, but also having regard to the context of the work of CRT across the UK. This is an opportunity for CRT in Wales to consider how we best meet our Mission to support the Coalfields Communities of Wales over the next 5 years.
The aim of the review is to develop realistic business objectives for the work of the Trust over the coming period to establish realistic targets and milestones for how CRT can best achieve its mission in the next 3-5 years.
The review will also need to identify potential and realistic income generating opportunities that can be delivered by CRT, looking at innovative finance models, business development opportunities and realistic opportunities for activity and service delivery.
