Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission is seeking to implement a full integrated purchase to payment (P2P) system. The system must capture all non-salary related expenditure within the proposed P2P system using pre-agreed governance guidance to achieve full transparency and accountability within NIAC's expenditure.

The new system must be capable of fully integrating with the existing finance and procurement systems such as the Sun Accounting system. The NIAC wish the system to be provided as a 'Software as a Service'.
