Total quantity or scope of tender

The successful tenderer will audit the statutory accounts CVCU at each year-end. This work will include:

* The preparation of draft audited Statutory Accounts, notes and disclosures for Board approval.

* Audit of the organisation’s accounts including the preparation of an Auditor’s Report.

* Corporation tax computations and submission of relevant returns.

* Presentation of the accounts to the Board preceding their approval.

* Presentation of the accounts at the AGM.

Other services may be required. Please quote separately for the following items:

* Provision of monthly payroll processing for not more than 20 members of staff.

* A tariff for additional specialist support, advice & training when required.
