Abstract

The Consortium proposes to undertake a wide range of Projects across the English counties of Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, Warwickshire (including the city of Birmingham), Bedfordshire, Norfolk, South Yorkshire, Staffordshire, Humberside, Cambridgeshire and Buckinghamshire over a 4 year period. The Projects include the detailed design and/or construction, improvement, conversion, completion and commissioning of new build mixed use housing developments and may also include the development of community related facilities, individual projects and associated infrastructure works.
