Orbit Group is establishing a multi-provider framework agreement which will be divided into (3) three Lots as indicated follows:

1. Creative and conceptual design –Customer and Corporate Communication and Marketing.

2. Digital communication and marketing.

3. Creative Design and Artworking.

The arrangement will enable our communication staff, in different parts of the organisation, to call on their requirements from framework suppliers.

As the Group intends to award a multi-provider framework agreement no volume of business is guaranteed under it to any particular supplier or to the panel as a whole. Where there is more than 1 supplier appointed for a particular Lot, the Group may, in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2006, hold a further competition with suppliers for the provision of the order if it is not able to identify the most suitable supplier to meet the particular requirements of the order by applying the terms of the framework agreement.

Creative design anticipated contract value — 150 000 GBP — 200 000 GBP across all Lots per annum.

The framework will be for a maximum of 4 years (2 + 2 contract), starting 1.4.2015 and ending 31.3.2017. The contract may then be extended until 31.3.2019 subject to individual supplier performance.
