Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
Connected Partnership is a leading consortium of Registered Providers (RPs) working predominantly in North and West London and the northern home counties. Connected focuses primarily on newbuild accommodation for private sale, shared ownership, and affordable rent through both Connected-led schemes and Section 106 schemes. It also produces care schemes and some community, retail and commercial buildings.
Connected comprises Octavia Housing (as Lead RP), Shepherds Bush Housing Association and Origin Housing Limited. Established in 2005 to meet the new challenges of developing affordable housing in the south east of England, Connected is now looking to set up its third OJEU Framework to continue its significant development programme of over 100 000 000 GBP in this new Framework period, adding to its existing portfolio of 13 000 homes. Connected produces new homes using a variety of procurement routes, including works contracts, Development Agreements and through Joint Ventures. Connected are in receipt of grant under the GLA and HCA Consortium Agreements 2015 — 2018. Connected meets the standards required under the London Housing Design Guide and/or the HCA Design Quality Standards and further enhances these standards where possible.
Connected is looking for a team of Employers Agents and Architects that can work collaboratively to deliver quality schemes that meet its long-term objectives. Connected aims to:
— Deliver programmes that achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and use customer feedback to improve how projects and services are delivered year on year.
— Develop strategic partnerships with consultants to further increase partnership and collaborative working and deliver continuous improvement.
— Evidence value for money in procurement and during the life of a project.

Deposits and guarantees required
A performance bond or guarantee may be required. Appropriate levels of insurance will also be required. Further information will be provided within the PQQ and tender documentation.

Main Terms of financing and payment and/or reference to the relevant provisions
Instalment Payments. This form of financing is payment to a contractor of a fixed number or equal interim financing payments prior to delivery and acceptance of a contract item.
All financing conditions and payment arrangements will be set out in the PQQ and tender documentation.

No legal form is required. If the candidate is a joint venture or consortium, the Contracting Authority shall require members to accept joint and several liability.
