Accommodation cleaning services. Residential property services. Cleaning services. WDH own and manage over 31,000 properties in the Wakefield district and approximately 2500 of these properties are vacated by tenants each year. Any such vacated properties are termed ‘void’ and often require various clearing and cleaning services performed to their interiors and exteriors prior to them being re-let.

In addition to letting properties within the Wakefield district, WDH also provide social housing further afield. Currently we operate in Selby, Rawmarsh, Morley, Eggborough and Barnsley. We estimate approximately 60 such properties annually (in addition to those detailed above) will require void clear and clean services under the resulting agreement
Additionally the contractor may also be required to undertake other similar services from time to time. For example clearing and cleaning properties following evictions and also builders and final cleans to recently refurbished properties. |
