The Tenderer will be awarded the London Lot and one of the other three geographical Lots.
Or
The Tenderer will be awarded three lots excluding the London Lot.
The Contracting Authorities reserve the right to select which Lots will be awarded to the Tenderer submitting the MEAT as they wish to provide the best value for money for their residents whilst ensuring an excellent continuity in delivery.
Each and every Lot is a stand-alone Lot therefore Tenderers should only apply for a Lot(s) on the basis that they may be the top placed provider OR a Framework provider on any given Lot in its own right.
Whilst a Tenderer cannot win more than two or three Lots, Tenderers can be appointed to each of the Lots for which they apply as a Framework provider.
The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed wit the award of any contract at any stage of the procurement process or to award only a part or parts of any contract.
