Abstract

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) plans to commission analysis to inform its upcoming report on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN CRPD) in Wales. In order to produce the Wales report, the EHRC requires analysis of key disability issues in Wales, including health, social protect, employment and education (full list of topic areas to be discussed and agreed with the successful tenderer). Mae’r Comisiwn Cydraddoldeb a Hawliau Dynol (y Comisiwn) yn bwriadu comisiynu dadansoddiad i lywio ei adroddiad sydd ar ddod ar Gonfensiwn y Cenhedloedd Unedig ar Hawliau Personau gydag Anableddau (UN CRPD) yng Nghymru. Er mwyn llunio adroddiad Cymru, mae’r Comisiwn yn gofyn am ddadansoddiad o faterion anabledd allweddol yng Nghymru, gan gynnwys iechyd, diogelwch cymdeithasol, cyflogaeth ac addysg (caiff y rhestr lawn o feysydd pwnc eu trafod a’u cytuno arnynt gyda’r tendrwr llwyddiannus).

2 Contract Details

2.1 Title

Developing the EHRC’s evidence-base and analysis of disability issues in Wales

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

In order to produce the Wales report, the EHRC requires analysis of key disability issues in Wales, including health, social protect, employment and education (full list of topic areas to be discussed and agreed with the successful tenderer).
