Provision of ground transportation services to the NMC. UK wide coverage required.
The Contractor must supply a comprehensive cost effective and time efficient taxi booking service, through a dedicated NMC telephone number and an on-line 24 hours a day 7 days a week in order to ensure a prompt and professional taxi service throughout the United Kingdom operating primarily in London, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Manchester and Belfast but not limited to these locations.

The service provider must be capable of providing:
— Experience of working in a corporate environment.
— Taxi transportation throughout the whole of the UK and Northern Ireland 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
— Pick up and drop off from and to stations in all key cities within the UK.
— An online booking tool fully integrated with the NMC travel policy.
— A dedicated telephone booking and enquiry service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
— Drivers holding Private Hire Vehicle License in London or as per local authority.
— A variety of vehicles to accommodate those with a reasonable adjustment or disability.
— A monthly consolidated invoice with cost centre validation.
— Monthly management information.
— Vehicle tracking capability.
— Saloon cars maximum of 5 years old.
— A mobile app.
