The proposed development involves the construction of a high rise 3 to 11 storey building which contains 32 units mixed tenure apartments (of which 16 nr are for private outright sale, 6 nr are for shared ownership and 10 nr are for social rent), complete with external and all ancillary works.
The centre core of the building reaches the maximum height of 11 storeys. The building steps down to 8 storeys on the North West elevation and 6 storeys on the east elevation with roof terraces. The building steps down further to 5 and finally 3 storey height on the west elevation.
The site is located at the corner of Bridport Place and Wiltshire Row, adjacent the Regents Canal and Rosemary Branch Bridge within the Colville Estate, London, Hackney, N1 5DS.
