The practice will be engaged to provide a comprehensive review of Place Partnership's entire managed estate on behalf of its partnering organisations and where there is evidence of over assessment to challenge the figures proposed by the Valuation Office Agency on the 2017 rating list (national non-domestic and domestic where appropriate) through the appeals process to ensure the Partner organisations rates liability is as low as possible.
