Az Ügynökség futárszolgáltatásokra tart igényt amszterdami székhelye számára küldemények világszerte történő kézbesítése céljából. A küldeményeket főként az Európai Unió tagállamaiba kell eljuttatni. Szükséges továbbá a levelek világszerte történő begyűjtése, valamint a jelenlegi londoni székhelyen begyűjtött leveleknek az új amszterdami székhelyre történő szállítása. A küldemények hatékony feldolgozása érdekében az alábbi elemeket tekintik kulcsfontosságúnak: online foglalási és nyomonkövetési rendszer, biztosítás, ügyféltámogatási szolgáltatás, a postázó munkatársak képzése, import és export funkciókkal rendelkező, megfelelő hardver és szoftver, ömlesztett küldemények gyors feldolgozása. Tarjousten avaustilaisuuteen voi osallistua 1 edustaja jokaiselta tarjoajalta. Turvallisuussyistä tarjoajien on rekisteröidyttävä annettuun määräaikaan (katso tarjouspyyntökirje) mennessä voidakseen osallistua avaustilaisuuteen.

Účast při otevírání nabídek je povolena maximálně 1 zástupci každého uchazeče. Aby se uchazeči mohli zúčastnit otevírání nabídek, musí se z bezpečnostních důvodů zaregistrovat během stanovené lhůty (viz dokumentaci výzvy k účasti v nabídkovém řízení).

Avamisest võib osa võtta maksimaalselt 1 esindaja pakkuja kohta. Turvalisusega seotud kaalutlustel peavad pakkujad pakkumiste avamisel osalemise loa saamiseks end esitatud tähtpäevaks registreerima (vt pakkumuskutse kirja).
