Feasibility study into how best to create a sustainable service at Gower Activity Centres

Description of the goods or services required

1. To develop a plan to maximise the potential of the Gower Activity Centres: Ty Borfa and Ty Rhossili (in particular Ty Rhossili) to be able to continue to offer a subsidised service to young people and families.

2. To develop a plan to capitalise on a recent dark sky assessment regarding Gower and the Ty Rhossili site.

3. To develop a plan to work with key partners to be able to develop a business model which provides both subsidised and commercial opportunities.

4. To develop a plan to create a legal structure which encourages investment, funding capability and facility improvements.

5. To develop a plan to create an internationally recognised dark sky tourism destination, utilising and developing Gower Activities Centres, bringing benefit to local communities and businesses.
