On behalf of The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Wokingham borough Council are seeking to Commission a suitably experienced and competent Design and Build Contractor to carry out the design and construction of a new teaching block and dining room/kitchen, together with internal alterations to a "visitor’s zone" in the front entrance, science/maths block and altering the existing Hub area to provide changing rooms.
