Arun District Council is inviting organisations to tender for its Electoral Registration and Election Documents Print Contract. The Electoral Services department compiles the electoral register for the whole of the Arun District as well as administering all elections / referenda held within the area. Circumstances in Arun mean that we have district and parish / town council elections in a 4 year cycle. We also hold a number of unplanned local by-elections throughout the year due to casual vacancies. We have carried out a large number of neighbourhood plan referendums but have a few remaining to complete as well as a number who wish to carry out a second referendum in the future. Full details of service required are in Appendix 1 – Electoral Print Services Specification.
