The Insurer(s) must be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

List and brief description of selection criteria:
Statement in respect of ESPD Part IV (Selection Criteria): it is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance stated in the Contract Notice.
Statement in respect of ESPD Part IV (Selection Criteria): it is a requirement of this contract that, at minimum, bidders possess an “A” Credit Rating awarded by any of the following rating organisations — A M Best, Fitch, Moody’s, or Standard and Poor’s.
Minimum level(s) of standards required:
Insurance:
— Employer’s (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 5 000 000 (five million) GBP,
— Public Liability Insurance = 10 000 000 (ten million) GBP, and
— Professional Indemnity Insurance = 5 000 000 (five million) GBP.
