На отварянето на офертите може да присъства по максимум 1 представител на оферент. От съображения за сигурност, оферентите трябва да се регистрират в рамките на дадения краен срок (моля, вижте писмото на поканата за участие в търг), за да могат да присъстват на заседанието по отваряне.

La deschidere poate participa maximum 1 reprezentant din partea fiecărui ofertant. Din motive de securitate, ofertanții trebuie să se înregistreze în termenul indicat (a se vedea scrisoarea de invitație la licitație) pentru a li se permite participarea la ședința de deschidere.

Otvaranju ponuda smije prisustvovati najviše 1 predstavnik po ponuditelju. Iz sigurnosnih razloga ponuditelji se moraju registrirati u danom roku (molimo pogledajte pismo poziva za nadmetanje) kako bi mogli prisustvovati javnom otvaranju ponuda.
