Scope of the works to include:

— Update Orbit IT systems in a timely manner with routine visit details,
— Undertake remedial works as identified at the agreed costs,
— Undertake Risk Assessments from time to time that may be required on an ad hoc basis.
The Contract has been awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years (on a 1 + 1 basis) based on acceptable performance in line with the KPIs.
