Abstract

Guinness wishes to contract with one Supplier to provide a payroll solution, including a bureau service for The Partnership. Guinness has in the region of 3 025 employees and operates multiple remuneration schemes. The HR team and IT teams are based in Oldham. It is expected that there will be seven users within HR that will administer the payroll solution.

Guinness expect to use the supplier software to process the payroll from Gross to Net, process expenses and process pensions, with the supplier responsible for the processing all BACS payments including wages and third parties etc.

Guinness wish to procure a solution that is scalable in order to facilitate a phased move to a software only service, if required, during the life of the contract.
