Wrexham Library complex attracts 298,816 visitors per annum.
We are looking to find a tenant and partner to operate the coffee shop in a way that complements the values and management of Wrexham Library Service. These include
Providing good service and customer care
Providing high quality food and drink with a degree of local food produce available.
Reader development activities e.g. book clubs, book promotions etc
Work towards a community and customer led provision e.g. dementia friendly status
Organic, Fair Trade and Healthy Eating Options must be considered
Use of recycled and sustainable packaging where applicable
Clean and well managed facilities
Adhere to high quality and recognised industry standards including high hygiene standards
Good promotion activities of the coffee shop to the local and wider area
