Full programme of refurbishment to The Wynnstay Arms Hotel, a Grade-II listed building in Llangollen, to transform it into a destination bar, restaurant and cocktail bar. The finish must be high end and unique and includes replacing the current dated accommodation areas with a second dining area and cocktail bar. Scope to include full erection of new kitchen and toilet block extension. Planning applications have been submitted to Denbighshire County Council to this effect.
