Home Group seek to establish a Framework Agreement with a number of providers to provide corporate printing services. The contract will be divided into the following lots:
Lot 1: Routine Printing via an Online Catalogue (Stationery and other Standard Items) and the Provision of an Online Templating Tool to allow Home Group Colleagues to Create their own Items;
Lot 2: Merchandising and Promotional Items;
Lot 3: Signage and Installation;
Lot 4: Bespoke Printing.
Tenderers will only be allowed to apply for a single lot.

This lot covers routine printing, such as stationery and other common standardised items such leaflets, forms, booklets. It is envisaged that there will be a high level of automation in this lot to increase efficiency.
The successful tenderer must provide an online catalogue that is capable of being linked to Oracle iProcurement P2P system via a punchout. They must also offer an online templating tool that allows colleagues to create their own items such as newsletters within defined parameters (font, colours, etc). This templating system must also be capable of linking with Oracle iProcurement via a punchout.
