Falkirk Council is looking to establish an agreement for body and accident repair of Council vehicles that cannot be repaired by our in house fleet services department. We would expect service providers to respond and attend for an estimate to be obtained within 48 hours of the request. The estimate should be completed and returned within 24 hours of that time. Work where practicable should be commenced within 48 hours of the order being received from Falkirk Council authorising the repair to be done. If work can be completed on Falkirk Council premises, this will be agreed in advance of repair.
