Description of the contract

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board require a contractor for the yearly inspection and maintenance of the following asset groups to ensure that they are maintained in a serviceable and safe condition;

• Portable fire extinguishers

• Fixed extinguishing systems

• Fire blankets

• Dry risers

• Fire hydrants

• Fire Safety Signage

The intention of the Health Board is to let the contract for a two-year period with the contract end date being 31st of March 2021

The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 40% quality and 60% cost as detailed in the ITT document. Please note that the tender closing date is 22/03/2019 at midday and any late submissions will not be considered.
