II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Bield Housing and Care is seeking to procure a contractor to carry out legionella preventative monitoring and maintenance to their housing stock which is predominantly housing for vulnerable older people and also a small number of factored properties, offices and community spaces in accordance with:
The control of legionella bacteria in water systems, approvided code of practice and guidance L8 (Fouth Edition 2013)

The Scottish Water Bylaws 2004

— gained passes in respect of the technical and professional ability and management systems criteria in ESPD Part IV Sections 4C and 4D,
— scored at least 2 in respect of the examples provided for ESPD Part IV Section 4C1.1/4C1.2,
— achieved the first, second, third, fourth or fifth highest ranked total score for ESPD, Part IV, Section 4C1.1/4C1.2.
Any submission which fails to comply with the first 5 conditions shall be excluded from the ranking of scores for the final condition.
