Abstract

Following the securing of funds to protect Roath Park House from further decay and to make it ‘Wind and Water tight’ we commissioned a competent contractor to undertake the various surveys required to produce a development plan for the building. It is important to note that the building is of significance to both the Council and to the community and the need to secure the building is therefore of paramount concern.
