II.1.4) Short description
Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council (hereinafter called ‘the Council’) requires a service provider to provide and layout the group cycling equipment and the provision of training, maintenance and support for said equipment. The service provider is expected to deliver services in line with the contract specifications and provide proactive, effective and innovative contributions to improve the services in terms of quality while applying a cost-effective approach. The Council has approved a budget for these contracts of up to a maximum of 274 800 GBP (ex. VAT) plus trade-in value of group cycling equipment.
These budgets are to cover:
— all elements of the contracts including the replacement of the group cycling equipment, installation, removal of trade-in equipment, training, maintenance and support of same, and
— wall graphics, decorating and floor coverings, where specified over the life of the contract.
