The customer forum is keen to understand if customers’ willingness to pay changes if customers understand the benefits and price impacts of alternative approaches. In the context of the different aspects of Scottish Water’s strategy set out below we seek to understand:
(i) the value that customers attach to the issues described;
(ii) how customers’ views change as they are given more information about how issues could evolve; and
(iii) whether there are demographic differences in attitude.
