Primarily this tender is for the outright purchase of a messaging system, its installation, implementation and subsequent support and maintenance. The contract will provide transitional services to allow the Trust to migrate from existing systems to integrated devices supplied by the supplier. The supply, maintenance and ongoing development of the devices and their supporting infrastructure must allow integration into the Trust voice and data networks.
