The reactive repairs contract will be for a period of 5 years; it will initially run for 3 years and then will have the option to extend for a further 2-year period at Ochil View Housing Associations discretion and agreed on an annual basis.
The works comprise of the reactive repairs to occupied homes and void repairs to empty homes. This also includes a full out of hours repairs service, 365 days a year. All trades should be provided (e.g. joinery, plumbing, electrical, building and roofing work).
The contract is in the Alloa, West Fife, Tullibody and Hillfoots areas comprising around 1 400 homes.
