Home independence service typical weekly hours 2 937, Home Independence and crisis response service 336 weekly hours, extra care – independence and wellbeing support service within Campbell Court which includes 700 individual 1-2-1 hours + 168 core hours.

During the term of this contract there are plans in place to build an extra care facility within this zone, the facility could include up to 80 apartments. The successful provider will be expected to provide the care and support services within this facility. The anticipated cost of care and support is estimated to be in the region of GBP 939 640 per annum based on 1 300 hours at 20/21 rate of GBP 13.90. This may be ready in 2022.

Lot 1: the anticipated annual value range GBP 3 200 000 — GBP 5 266 019 (including the future planned extra care scheme).
