Abstract
The key objective of this procurement process is to secure high-quality equipment that is fit for purpose and offers UWTSD value for money. The IRT camera supplied must be capable of flexible use within the ATiC facility spaces, as previously described, and also be capable of use off-site alongside our mobile UX systems. The IRT camera should be supplied with suitable specialist software to facilitate detailed scientific analysis of temperature data from captured stills/video and report findings. Both still image/video files and temperature data should be exportable in suitable formats to facilitate (1) visual comparison with other media and (2) statistical analysis with other data sets, such as physiological measurements, in Excel or SPSS.
All equipment and accessories will need to be fully integrated so that the lifespan of the package is guaranteed for the duration of the funded project and the packages functionality can be expanded in response to the changing demands of the experimental research, testing and evaluation.
The University requires suitably qualified partners to supply, deliver and provide training, maintenance and support in the aforementioned bid. The University will require delivery of the proposed IRT camera system by end of May 2019.
