The authority is seeking to appoint contractors for ‘Boiler and Gas Central Heating’ term contracts for Reading Borough Council Buildings, assets and for clients of the Property Services Department. The contract period will be up to a period of 5 (five) years, (3 years with a possible 2-year extension based on performance).
