DPS for 'Sub-contractors for gas repairs, installations and servicing’, some elements will utilise Free issue boilers and will work alongside the in-house gas team.
Work will be allocated and tracked by a portal called ‘service connect’
The works will generally involve the following building elements/systems: and may be divided into lots
1) Gas breakdown and repairs (ad-hoc);
2) Domestic system installs (ad-hoc and planned);
3) Servicing (ad-hoc).
It is envisaged each will have its lot within the main DPS unless trades are very similar.
A contractor may be approved and appointed to more than one lot.
