To be specific; a completed charging schedule, a document or documents that covers the listed mandatory policy areas and a social value proposal. Also to submit documents that allow you to be evaluated on all the weighted categories, health and safety, management and resources and sustainability.
The health and safety should include your policy statement and how health and safety is managed in your organisation, also sample risk assessments and method statements. For management and resources you should cover the staff and managers who would do the work and their training/skills.
The contract document itself and Schedule 5 Data protection would be completed at contract award stage and should not be submitted as part of the tender.
