City, University of London will incorporate a mimimum ten-calendar-day standstill period into this tender at the point of notification of intention to award, prior to concluding any framework agreements, in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Furthermore, City, University of London will incorporate a further voluntary standstill period between the evaluation of the selection questionnaire and the publication of the invitation to tender.
