II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Customer is seeking to enter into a contract with a Provider who:
• is a suitably qualified supplier of catering services,
• can deliver a fully managed, outsourced catering service in each of the Customer’s schools,
• can offer an affordable contract costing model with a profit-sharing arrangement,
• will support the school’s aims of providing high quality, healthy and nutritious meals, at an affordable cost,
• will work in close partnership with the Customer to offer age appropriate, hot and cold Customer meals which exceed.
The government’s requirements for School Food Standards and take into account individual pupil dietary requirements where necessary.
