The Council are seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to tender for the replacement of the artificial all weather sports pitch at the Flash Leisure Centre, Welshpool, Powys, Mid Wales.

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Bidders must meet the requirements published in the Contract Notice. These represent the basic business requirements of the Council (the "Minimum Requirements"):

Registration with CHAS or SSiP equivalent scheme, by the date of tender return.

Asbestos Awareness training is a requirement for all operatives working on site, with certificates to be produced upon request prior to commencement of works.

Constructionline registration to a minimum of Level 2 (Silver) Status, with work categories and category values appropriate to this project, by the date of tender return.

Insurances are required as follows:

Public Liability Insurance - £10,000,000.

Employers Liability Insurance - £10,000,000

2. Express an Interest in the tender

3. Responding to the tender

- You can now choose to “Reply” or “Reject” (please give a reason if rejecting)

- Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT
