The proposed scheme is to construct a two storey building in land adjacent to existing building Warws Werdd, Cibyn Industrial Estate, Caernarfon. Proposed works also includes these relevant external works; new drainage, lighting, surfacing, landscaping, car charging points and CCTV. Furthermore, changes to the existing building’s existing services will also be required.
