The Survey, Design and Project Management for the Replacement of Main Building Gas Fired boiler plant and associated primary LTHW system, Gas distribution system, flues, components, pumps and controls.
Cardiff University Estates & Campus Facilities Division have identified the need to replace the gas fired boiler plant and associated primary LTHW system, gas distribution system, flues, components, pumps and controls.
The issues are predominately related to obsolescence, poor condition of plant and equipment necessitating its urgent life cycle replacement.
Cardiff University Estates Department wish to engage specialist professional services for the mechanical and electrical design, specification and project management of the installation works to provide the total redesign and replacement of the existing centralised heating system for Cardiff University’s Main Building.
