Windows and Doors Replacement 2021/2022

Description of the goods or services required

You are invited to submit a tender for Barcud Doors and Windows Replacement Programme 2021/22. The works will comprise of undertaking Doors and Windows replacements to meet with Welsh Housing Quality Standards

Works will include the removal of existing timber frame doors and windows and replacing with new UPVC doors and windows in line with “Secured by Design” principals and current British Standards.

There are 46No. properties in total (subject to change) of traditional construction and various architypes. (See Property Address List enclosed for details).

The Association will monitor the supplier’s performance in the following strategic areas and these may be used as part of the selection criteria when assessing the suitability of future mini-bids:

• KPI 1 – Customer Satisfaction (including tenant and/or client satisfaction)

• KPI 2 – Completion against agreed timescales

• KPI 3 – Completion in accordance with service or works information

• KPI 4 – Completion Defect Free – No of Defects identified on completion

• KPI 5 – Achievement of Community Benefits.
