2021/22 PLANNED MAINTENANCE – KITCHEN REPLACEMENT PROGRAMME

Description of the goods or services required

Works will include installation of new units, worktops and sink units. Provision and laying of new safety flooring and installation of new lighting and ventilation. The work does not include redecoration.

There are 22No. properties in total (subject to change) of traditional construction and of various architypes (See Property Address List enclosed for details).

The Association will monitor the supplier’s performance in the following strategic areas and these may be used as part of the selection criteria when assessing the suitability of future tenders:

• KPI 1 – Customer Satisfaction (including tenant and/or client satisfaction)

• KPI 2 – Completion against agreed timescales

• KPI 3 – Completion in accordance with service or works information

• KPI 4 – Completion Defect Free – No. of Defects identified on completion

• KPI 5 – Achievement of Community Benefits.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:

a 10% weighting of the overall tender evaluation as per invitation to tender documentation.
