Snowdonia has 14 Conservation Areas, designated for their special architectural or historic interest and home to a large proportion of the National Park’s 1900 listed buildings. The project requires the appraisal of each Conservation Area and the creation of 14 Conservation Management Plans with recommendations for action in terms of maintenance, repair, and energy efficiency retrofitting.

It is expected that each tender will incorporate all the areas of work highlighted in the briefing document. However, if no tender can cover all the areas of work identified above, this should be clearly explained in the tender document together with an overview of the

areas of work that require further input.
