Abstract
Swansea Council’s Special Events team are seeking companies to supply light trail displays for a new winter event to be held at the Botanical Gardens, within Singleton Park, Swansea.
The contract for the services will cover a 3-year period of events from 1st November 2021 to 31st December 2023. The theme is likely to change each year.
The Event will be open to the public for a period of approximately 28 days, November/ December, with exact dates TBC each year.

Swansea council have made the decision that they will not be proceeding with this project due to current challenges in acquiring equipment and the level of risk increasing as COVID cases rise in Wales. It is, however, likely that the project will be reconsidered in 2022
