Title
FM Reactive & Planned Maintenance Building Works

Description of the goods or services required
Contract for the provision of FM Reactive & Planned Maintenance Building Works North Wales Police continue to require the services of building contractors to carrying out reactive or planned maintenance on the North Wales Police & North Wales Fire & Rescue Services Estate. This will be in the form of a framework agreement and will be awarded to a multiple number of contractors and in turn we will conduct mini-competition specific projects to the max value of £30K that arise through the length of the contract along with 24/7 365day reactive service to repair faults on a 2hr service level. Envisaged yearly annual expenditure split across the awarded contractors for specific project jobs & reactive work approximately £250,000. We will operate a rota system for reactive works. The Force will require the successful contractor to be able to provide evidence of both their experience and best practice in this area of reactive or planned maintenance and the ability to undertake programmed work in an occupied environment. The contract is likely to commence around early October 2021 and will run for a period of 5 years (2+the option to extend for 3 years in 12 monthly extensions if in agreement with both parties) Further information and documentation is available on the EU Supply / Bluelight E-tendering System at https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=BLUELIGHT Any questions should be raised via the Messaging section of the Tender, please note that no correspondence will be entered into outside of the system. We are looking to have contractors who will actively reactive to the 2hr repair defects and must comply with this SLA along with works to the value of max £30K - this will be split across the appointed contractors.
