Bidders are invited to submit their tender for the appointment of contractors to a Framework agreement for the Designing, and the undertaking of construction works in relation to bariatric accommodation using modern methods of construction to near zero carbon.

The ITT will also serve to appoint a contractor to undertake design and build requirements at Perthcelyn – used as the scenario requirement for the establishing of the framework

Total quantity or scope of tender

The Bidders are invited to submit their tender for the appointment of contractors to a Framework agreement for the Designing, and the undertaking of construction works in relation to bariatric accommodation using modern methods of construction to near zero carbon.

This framework will also be available to other Welsh Registered Social Landlords (RSL’s) and Welsh Local Authorities.

The purpose of the ITT is to assess the quality, solutions and value offered by the Bidders with a view to identifying the Most Economically Advantageous Tender which best meets Trivallis ‘requirement for the framework.

The ITT will also serve to appoint a contractor to undertake design and build requirements at Perthcelyn – used as the scenario requirement for the establishing of the framework.

It is imperative that the winning bidder can support the delivery of social value when delivering the contract.
